Return and Exchange policy
Return, Exchanges and Cancelation
Our Return Policy allows for returns up to 30 days upon delivery. Returned products cannot be used, altered, or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by its original tags and packaging. Original shipping fees are non refundable.
Items sent back without a return authorization, and any merchandise returned that does not meet our requirements, will be denied, and sent back.

- Get your new return conformation and ship the item back within 3 days
- Get your refund as soon as we receive the package
ArtcareShop is not responsible for return shipping, and the item can be shipped via any postal services at your convenience. We encourage you to use the same packaging to send the item back (tape it shut if it’s damaged, so you don’t have to purchase another one).
In the event you were shipped the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us immediately info@artcareshop.com and we will help you to return the product or exchange free of charge.
Exchanges work the same way as returns (customer is responsible for shipping the item back to ArtcareShop, and ArtcareShop will cover the costs of shipping an exchanged new item). For exchanges please contact us info@artcareshop.com
Order can be cancelled if it wasn’t shipped yet.
Shipping
Orders are evaluated by fraud detection services. If your order is deemed fraudulent/ too risky to fulfill, payment will be voided and all funds will be released back to the original payment method.
Orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours . Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday (and holidays) will be shipped the following week. Note that during peak seasons, shipments may experience slight delays.
Domestic Shipping is FREE on all purchases. No minimum.
Estimated Shipping Times:
Free Standard (USPS, USPS Priority or UPS Ground) : 1-7 business days (domestic) after order processing.
Expedited Shipping:
UPS 2nd Day Air (calculated by weight)
UPS Next Day Air (calculated by weight)
International Shipping:
Calculated by weight (shipped with USPS International).
These are approximate shipping times. We cannot guarantee an item will be delivered within these timeframes. For assistance with shipments that exceed the above timeframes, contact us info@artcareshop.com and we’ll be happy to assist.
Changes to the shipping address are not possible once an order has been placed. If a shipment is returned to us, we will not refund the original shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
