Refund policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at artcareshop.com operated by ArtcareShop LLC.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website.  You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 30-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

Returned products cannot be used, altered, or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by its original tags and packaging. Original shipping fees are non refundable.

Items sent back without a return authorization, and any merchandise returned that does not meet our requirements, will be denied, and sent back.

• Get your new return conformation and ship the item back within 3 days 
• Get your refund as soon as we receive the package

ArtcareShop is not responsible for return shipping, and the item can be shipped via any postal services at your convenience. We encourage you to use the same packaging to send the item back (tape it shut if it’s damaged, so you don’t have to purchase another one). 

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us immediately at info@artcareshop.com — we’ll gladly help you exchange or return it.
