At Artcare we are the best at making two piece sets. For the past year we were making our famous "Baby One More Time Set", and we are truly in love with our velour fabric. It's so soft on the skin, not hot at all, flattering to the figure and has such a rich red velvet color. We took the same roll of fabric and made a cocktail dress.
